I have used Lakeside Studios on many occasions. The largest project I took there was the opening and closing title music,
and a selection of derivative music stings for a new BBC1 game show. The creative input from John Franklin was terrific.The music, which had to accompany an animated title sequence, was recorded quickly and efficiently, but the additional work carried out to enhance the piece with sound effects and extra electronic instruments after the main recording sessions was inspired. John's contribution to the project was of the highest calibre, and the end product was widely praised.
Subsequently, I made Lakeside my 'studio of choice', recording voice-overs, trails, and demos for proposals there. On each occasion I and my colleagues and artists received a warm welcome from Teresa, and treated with the utmost consideration, and attention to our every need. Every visit was a pleasurable experience, as well as delivering exactly what we needed, and more than we had asked for.
